Since March 2010, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce has provided its members with a fast and simple way to pursue business opportunities in the public sector of the Greater Philadelphia area. Through eBid Connect, information regarding public sector bids and RFP's are delivered to your inbox.  All of the local governmental projects are conveniently organized and represented in the listing, which is presented either by category or chronologically.

Enterprise Appraisal has successfully used the service since its inception, and we are pleased with both the results and ease of use. After learning to navigate the process, the investment of your time to check RFP's is minimal. To check for the listings for today's requirements for appraisal services, it took five clicks through the website, and less than a minute. There was nothing new that required further attention.

Industrial and commercial appraisals are generally event driven. Thus, it is our practice to check numerous sources for activity both in the private and public sector. In the short time this service has been available, we have had the opportunity to submit four bona fide proposals. We have also been able to review the requirements, and in some cases, decide not to bid. The important thing is that we knew of the opportunity, and had sufficient information to make an informed business decision. I feel that is a good return on the investment of a minute per day. I am always happy when the time expands because there is a bid to pursue and a proposal to write.
