GPCCNews is the Chamber’s electronic newsletter, which is currently sent to 8,000 subscribers monthly. Each volume offers a variety of editorial information. You may submit and article to be published to build or establish your reputation and to market your company as a field expert. Articles are selected based on marketplace activity and a predetermined outline prepared by the GPCCNews Editorial Staff.

Articles should be:

Informative
Claims made in the article must be supported by a credible source.

Familiar
The topic of the article must apply to an established, or widely known emerging industry.

Fresh
The ideas presented in the article must offer novel solutions to common problems, introduce a new process or school of thought, or explain the topic in a clever and insightful way.

Requirements:

  1. 650-750 words
  2. Submission schedule:

Restrictions:

  1. Non-promotional information. The articles submitted shall not be extended commercials and may not steer the reader to use your product or service before a competitor.
  2. No special offers or discounts should be included.

Uses:

  1. The GPCC reserves the right to edit or omit portions of submitted material.
  2. The final decision as to which submissions will be published is made by the GPCC News Editorial Staff, based on previously set guidelines.
  3. Not all submissions will be published. Those that are not published will not be contacted.
  4. The GPCC shall not knowingly solicit your words or thoughts outside of the promotional realm.

Submission Protocol:

  1. Once your company’s article is submitted, you should print out your confirmation of receipt for your records. In the event your article is selected to be published, the writer will be contacted for final clarifications/approval.
  2. No telephone calls please.
