Nominations Now Being Accepted for the 2010 Mid-Atlantic Capital (MAC) Alliance Awards!

Join the Mid-Atlantic Capital (MAC) Alliance on Thursday, June 3, as we celebrate the successes of our region’s entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals! The 23rd Annual Mid-Atlantic Capital (MAC) Alliance Awards Luncheon is the culmination of our program year, attracting over 500 of the private equity and entrepreneurial community's key leaders and players. Held at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia, the event will run from 11.30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The 2009 Awards will recognize three individuals who have made a significant impact on the Greater Philadelphia private equity community-- and we need your help in determining this year's honorees.

Please nominate your clients, colleagues, and friends who have made the greatest impact in the private equity and entrepreneurial community. There are three awards given out at the Luncheon:

  • The Walter M. Aikman Entrepreneur of the Year Award, most recently awarded to John T. Tighe, President & CEO, TMG Health, Inc.;
  • The Raymond Rafferty Entrepreneurial Excellence Award, awarded last year to Richard David R. King, Venture Partner, Quaker BioVentures; and
  • The Blair Thompson Lifetime Venture Award, given to RoseAnn Rosenthal, President & CEO, Ben Franklin Technology Partners/SEP, in 2009.

A brief nomination form can be downloaded from the MAC Alliance website: www.macalliance.com. Please mail, fax, or email your nominees back to the MAC Alliance offices by January 29. The 2010 Awards Luncheon honorees will be announced on our website this spring.
