Adel W. Ebeid was appointed the first Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) for the City of Philadelphia in August of 2011. In this new leadership role, he is responsible for bringing an innovative approach to the City's entire technology portfolio which includes infrastructure services, enterprise architecture and solutions, application development and maintenance, communications, and IT security.
He will explore the rapidly evolving technology market and examine how businesses are reacting to those changes.
